Computer
Specialist: Candidate
requires a HS diploma or equivalency and successful completion of a military or
technical trade school in data processing or information systems; or completion
of at least 30 semester hours information systems, computer systems,
electrical/electronics engineering, physics, or mathematics or MS, or comparable
certification as an IT Professional, Technology Specialist, IT Architect, or
Professional Developer. Duties include, but are not limited to: utilize
application of computer systems and IT principles to develop and maintain
software application programs and backup, store, and archive data. Provide
inputs to software user documentation, complies with NAVAIR information security
requirements, and supports configuration management requirements. Operates
computers, network and backup storage devices, and peripheral equipment. Must
have at least two (2) years of experience with Windows 2003/2008/Windows 7
Server and Active directory to include the build, installation, maintenance, and
troubleshooting, as well as addressing, service request, routine service
maintenance (firmware, failures, hardening, upgrades, etc.), and server
consolidation. Candidate must have experience with Windows Server Operating
Systems Security Compliance. Ensure servers are maintained in accordance to DoD
Security Technical Implementation Guidelines. Must have experience with Track-It

requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, or equivalent
experience is preferred. A high school graduate or equivalency may be
substituted for BA/BS with successful completion of a military or technical
trade school in data processing or information systems; or completion of at
least 30 semester hours information systems, computer systems,
electrical/electronics engineering, physics, or mathematics or MS, or

Architect, or Professional Developer. Responsibilities involve serving as Team
Lead coordinating the activities of 8-10 team members. Assists in developing and
maintaining state-of-the-art RDT&E network solutions. Effectively
communicates goals and objectives to team members. Utilizes application of
computer systems and IT principles to analyze test support and data management
requirements. Designs, integrates, installs, tests, troubleshoots, activates, or
operates computer networks, software packages, and associated storage devices
and peripheral equipment. Experience with Windows 2003/2008/Windows 7 Server to
include the build, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as
addressing, service requests, routine server maintenance (firmware, failures,

Management Support Specialist (Part-time, no set schedule): Provide basic administrative/receptionist support including, but not limited to filing, answering phones, typing, word processing, data entry, transcription, graphics preparation, reproduction, and office equipment operation. Prepare and maintain technical and/or administrative documentation, data, formal correspondence, and/or records. Prepare travel requests, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare travel claims. Prepare and distribute Naval Messages. Utilize a personal computer for word processing, spreadsheets, electronic mail, desktop publishing, and other office automation software in support of military research and development and/or test and evaluation programs. Maintain inventory of office supplies and order replacements as required. Schedule conference rooms, video teleconferencing, and meetings. Must have a minimum of four (4) years related office experience. Must have the ability to communicate well, demonstrate good customer service skills, and be able to work well independently as well as in a team environment. Position requires individual who is detail oriented and is able to provide accurate and reliable support. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) is required. Candidate must have the ability to answer phones, route telephone calls, and operate intercom and paging systems; organize and maintain files; and type a minimum of 40 words per minute. Senior Project Test Engineer (Power/Mechanical): Candidate requires B.S. degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering and a minimum of 5 to ten years of professional work experience in the area of electrical, environmental/dynamics, and/or flight testing areas. Must have knowledge of the concepts, principles, and practices of engineering that enable the candidate to serve as an expert in the design, development, test, evaluation, and service application of electrical power systems. Must be capable of working in a laboratory or aircraft flight line arena and travel via auto or commercial air/rail. Electrical Engineer (Electrical Power Systems): Candidate requires B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of professional work experience, 10 years preferred, of progressively more responsible work with electrical power systems to include, but not limited to; directed energy, power generation; power distribution, conversion, and control; energy storage; and power system design and analysis. Knowledge of aircraft electrical power systems is preferred including hardware/software design and development; prototype/breadboard fabrication; electrical power system and component level testing; and electrical power system design and analysis. Knowledge of electrical power system testing to include developing test plans, executing test plans and writing test reports. Knowledge of aircraft generator design, fabrication, and testing and/or high power systems and components is desired. Prior Department of Defense (DOD) acquisition work experience is preferred. The candidate should be capable of managing programs including writing proposals, developing program plans, and providing briefing material.
