For the past 15 years, Eagle Systems has been a Joint Venture member of the Team Logistics (TLog) Joint Venture. On August 12, 2011, the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD award a $98,870,533 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity follow-on contract for logistics and technical services in support of the Industrial and Logistics Maintenance Planning/Sustainment Department. Services to be provided include planning, analysis, development, training, support equipment management, facilities and execution. Work will be performed in Patuxent River, MD and other sites, and is expected to be completed in August 2016. |

On August 23, 2011, NAWCADPAX awarded American Electronic Warfare Associates, Inc. (AMEWAS) and other prime contractors a $220M cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award contract, on which Eagle Systems is a subcontractor. The work performed on this effort is research and development, integration, analysis, assessment, and test and evaluation services in support of the Aircraft Prototype Facility. As a subcontractor to AMEWAS, Eagle Systems will provide services such as initial prototype design and validation, prototype verification system, APF staff support, limited production of fleet evaluation units, and special tooling and test equipment support. Work will be performed in Patuxent River, MD and other sites, and is expected to be completed in August 2016. |

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, NJ awarded MTG Services, Inc. a $23,279,303.00 cost-plus-fixed-fee Seaport-e Task Order for logistics and technical services in support of the Industrial and Logistics Maintenance Planning/Sustainment Department on July 13, 2011. Eagle Systems will be afforded the opportunity to assist in providing services such as planning, analysis, development, training, support equipment management, facilities, and execution as a subcontractor to MTG,. The primary work performance site will be in Lakehurst, NJ and is expected to be completed in July 2016. |

IIn June, 2011, NAWCADPAX awarded Eagle Systems with a $8,942,071.00 follow-on Seaport-e Task Order in support of the AIR-4.8.6 Ground Support Equipment/Peculiar Support Equipment Development and In-Service Engineering Division. Services to be provided include avionics; ATE/TPS; propulsion; aircraft servicing; aircraft and armament handling; and tactical, maritime patrol and reconnaissance, rotary, tilt rotor, and unmanned aircraft systems aircraft support equipment and laboratory and facility support. Work will be performed in Patuxent River, MD and other sites, and is expected to be completed in June 2014. |

On June 15, 2011, the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, FL awarded Andromeda Systems, Inc. (ASI), to whom Eagle Systems is a subcontractor, with a $49,500,000.00 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide logistics and technical services in support of the Naval Air Systems Command’s Industrial and Logistics Maintenance Planning/Sustainment Department. Eagle Systems will be afforded the opportunity to provide services such as design interface, maintenance planning, integrated warfighter support, training and training support, and support equipment management and integration. This effort, which is expected to be completed in June 2016, will be performed in Jacksonville, FL and other sites. |

Eagle Systems was awarded a $45M follow-on Seaport-e task order in support of the AIR-4.4 Propulsion and Power Department Laboratory Support Program in June 2010 by NAWCADPAX. Services to be provided include administrative, program management, laboratory operations, and electrical power and wiring systems support.
