Leveraging our knowledge base in providing professional technical services in aviation platforms, Eagle Systems has expanded its business base to include design, development, and installation of Aviation Maintenance Trainers. By employing the technical knowledge gained during test and evaluation and fleet support of leading edge and sustainment/modernization avionics, power plant, and airframe programs, we are able to quickly assimilate training requirements and design cost-effective part-task trainers to meet DoD aviation maintenance training needs.

To date, Eagle Systems has designed and developed three part-task trainers for PMA-290 and the Naval Aviation Maintenance Training Group. The trainers met critical Fleet shortfalls associated with the rollout of modernization programs such as AIP and BMUP. Our hands-on experience gained during testing of avionics systems has proved beneficial in our ability to quickly and economically design, develop, and install the training systems. Also, the knowledge acquired by our technicians as they participate on system integration teams and working on aircraft to solve technical issues for the Fleet adds another element of expertise not often available through other companies. 

Importantly, Eagle System has a substantial pool of highly skilled technicians with a wealth of systems experience. These technicians are lead by a Project Leader with over 40 years of systems and trainer technical management experience. Therefore, they have a substantial track record for doing things right the first time and for their ingenuity in providing solid solutions. Also, this team has been together for over 8 years so lessons have been learned and their actions are closely integrated.
